This agreement is made and entered into by Bakersfield Limousine and Transport and Client on Reservation. Client does hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree as follows: All monies and payments made to Bakersfield Limousine and Transport are NON-refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter or unforeseen traffic delays and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party and any down time due to such damages. Sanitation fee or excess cleaning fee is a minimum of $300.00. Bakersfield Limousine and Transport shall not be responsible for, during or after this contract for items left in any vehicle. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Emergency hatches are only to be opened in the event or threat of an emergency. A fine of $500.00 may be assessed if the emergency hatches or windows are opened without an emergency being present. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on board or within 10 feet of the vehicle doors. Overtime pay will apply after the drop off time described on the confirmation stated above and will be billed in hour increments. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Client acknowledges that our vehicles are up to standard and serviced regularly but may have difficulty cooling down the cabin when temperatures rise. All remaining balances on reservations are due in full 2 weeks prior to the event date. By signing this, placing a deposit or prepayment, or confirming via email/text you agree to all terms and conditions of this contract.
